Our founders are first-generation immigrants that built the AllWell company from nothing but an American dream. Today, the pillars that keep us leveled include the desire to create a better world with more opportunities for all through philanthropy.
That is why up to 5% of our revenue is allocated towards building and funding non-profits that have proven resilient against corruption with missions ranging from green initiatives, to helping the hungry, to rehabilitating former convicts.

Each year we launch new &
exciting programs in our Communities
As of 2022, we have set in motion a plan to launch two large scale initiatives that we’re extremely proud of. Our Convict Fellowship program will open doors that were once shut tight for those in our community that need a second chance. Meanwhile, our Student Scholarships aim to help those in under represented demographics that have all the motivation and capabilities without the financial means. Convict Fellowship Program
Our Convict Fellowship Program is currently under work with the goal to offer qualifying convicts an opportunity to develop their skill sets and build a thriving career once they’ve served their time. Our program will offer opportunities in Logistics, Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Program Management with benefits and fair wages to ensure each of our fellows are positioned to create a fulfilling and financially independent life.
Student Scholarships
Even in a diverse city like Miami, there’s still an unfair and widening disparity between the number of students and internships offered to underrepresented demographics and other demographics. We intend to continue the fight for equal opportunities for all.
